As a mixed-media artist, I primarily work on salvaged wood and wood boards, treating these surfaces as expansive, textured canvases—almost like larger, thicker pieces of paper. I use materials such as pen, ink, marker, pencil, and even white-out, often in non-traditional ways, blending the line between drawing and painting. My goal is to create works that combine an organic, free-flowing feel with a more mechanical, structured approach.
Nature’s soft geometry, seen in both micro and macro worlds, inspires much of my work. I aim to reflect an inner world through my pieces—an intuitive dialogue with my subconscious. My creative process is deeply meditative; color and line give voice to my emotions while honoring the surfaces I work with.
